Die perfekte Lektüre für alle, die mehr über Genesis wissen wollen. Die gesamte Geschichte wird in Romanform erzählt - fundiert, mit vielen O-Tönen, Anekdoten... klasse recherchiert!

Ein großes Manko ist allerdings die sehr spärliche Bebilderung. Außer 8 s/w-Seiten im Mittelteil gibt es keinerlei Fotos. Naja, immer noch besser als umgekehrt, solche Bücher gibt's ja auch... ;)

Fazit: Lesenswert! (Aber leider out of print...) Das einzige vernünftige Buch über Genesis, das auf deutsch erschienen ist.

P.S.: Das Buch endet mit einem Collins-Zitat: "Solange ich stolz auf das bin, was Genesis macht, ist das für mich Grund genug, weiterzumachen. Was mich angeht, war We Can't Dance jedenfalls nicht das letzte Genesis-Album." Tja...
